- I will support you emotionally, helping you feel cared for and empowered.
- I will help you address your fears and concerns around labor, delivery and postpartum.
- I will support you in birth with a calm, confident presence and make suggestions for comfort measures and position changes during labor.
- I will support you and your partner with evidence-based information and resources throughout the entire experience so that you are able to make informed decisions for your wellbeing.

- Biweekly 90-minute coaching calls to help you prepare for your birth (or weekly 45 minute calls)
- Calls include: Q & A, birthing planning, postpartum prep, nutrition & routine coaching, breastfeeding education, newborn 101, comfort measures, positions, breathing techniques + more – with all of our sessions, you lead the way & we cover alot!
- A digital classroom of resources for pregnancy, childbirth & baby care
- One postpartum nurturing session (within the first 2 weeks) where we process your birth experience, talk about your transition into motherhood, anything else you need to discuss.
- Additional phone/email/text support up to 8 weeks postpartum
Single Coaching call: $75 (book below)
- 3 Prenatal Visits (Q & A, birthing planning & postpartum prep & Labor day prep: comfort measures, positions, breathing techniques) – with all of our sessions, you lead the way & we cover alot!
- A digital classroom of resources for pregnancy, childbirth & baby care
- Up to 3 hours of virtual labor support via facetime or zoom
- Support during golden hour/recovery
- I'll be on-call & ready for two weeks before & after your estimated due date
- One postpartum nurturing session (within the first 2 weeks) where I help you and your partner process your birth experience, and discuss your transition into motherhood or discuss anything else you need.
- Additional phone/email/text support up to 8 weeks postpartum
I require a 25% retainer by our first prenatal to reserve your space on my calendar. The remaining balance is due in full by 36 weeks. Payment plans are available upon request.
